03Common questions

Answers before you ask.

Are you licensed, bonded, and insured?

Yes. Ferrante Construction operates under California Contractors State License Board (CSLB) license #1155345, Class B General Building Contractor. We carry a $25,000 contractor bond and general liability coverage. You can verify our license anytime at cslb.ca.gov.

What areas do you serve?

We serve homeowners across Riverside County and southern Orange County. Our core service area covers Menifee, Murrieta, Temecula, Wildomar, Lake Elsinore, Canyon Lake, Perris, Hemet, and Riverside. For projects farther out, get in touch and we'll tell you honestly whether we're the right fit.

Do you offer free estimates?

Yes. Discovery calls are free. On-site visits are free within our service area. Written estimates are delivered within 5 business days after the site visit, line-by-line, so you can compare them fairly with other contractors.

How long does a typical kitchen or bathroom remodel take?

A bathroom remodel typically runs 3 to 5 weeks on site. A kitchen remodel runs 6 to 10 weeks. A whole-home renovation runs 4 to 9 months depending on scope. Every estimate we send includes a realistic timeline, not a marketing timeline.

Do you handle permits and inspections?

Yes. We pull all required permits, coordinate with the local building department, and manage every inspection. You never have to chase paperwork or meet the inspector. If a permit is required for your project, we'll tell you upfront and it's factored into the estimate.

What sets a European-trained builder apart in Southern California?

Two things: substrate discipline and finish tolerance. European training treats what's behind the drywall (framing, waterproofing, prep) as the real work, and expects finish tolerances that are half of what most SoCal jobs deliver. That's why our paint lasts twice as long and our tile lines still look clean five years in.
